Telos Publishing is proud to announce that the audio rights in the popular Time Hunter series have been picked up by Fantom Films, and the first two stories in the range, The Cabinet of Light and The Winning Side, are due to be released in November 2008.
In The Cabinet Of Light (written by Daniel O'Mahony) we are introduced to our protagonists: the enigmatic Honore Lechasseur and his ethereal sidekick Emily Blandish as they embark on a quest to find the mysterious Doctor Smith ... The first story is read by TERRY MOLLOY, who is perhaps best known for his long running role as Mike Tucker in BBC Radio 4's The Archers and for his portayal of the arch villain and creator of the Daleks, Davros, in BBC TV's Doctor Who. The Winning Side (written by Lance Parkin) sees the duo embroiled in a reality where time has been altered with disastrous consequences that only a time sensitive can fix ... The second story is read by LOUISE JAMESON, who has had long running roles in television series such as BBC TV's EastEnders, Bergerac, Tenko and Doctor Who. 'I didn't hesitate in agreeing to working on this audio book,' admits narrator Louise Jameson; 'Immediately the characters came to life very vividly for me, in fact I think it would make the most marvellous film. I hope you enjoy listening to it as much as I did reading it.' Time Hunter is a fresh, 21st century looking, self-sufficient, bold and innovative imaginative fiction range. Part mystery, part detective story, part dark fantasy, part science fiction ... these books are guaranteed to enthral fans of good fiction everywhere! The Cabinet Of Light is released Monday 3rd November, with The Winning Side following two weeks later on Monday 17th. Further titles in the Time Hunter range will follow in February 2008. Time Hunter will be available to purchase direct at http://www.fantomfilms.co.uk and as a download via Audible and iTunes. Ordering is also available now on the Telos website.
